These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aquadentalsolutions.com (the "Site") and your purchase of AquaDENTAL products and services from I-2-I Solutions, Inc. ("I-2-I Solutions", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products and intended use

AquaDENTAL NOW is an in-office screening test that reports results as defined CFU/mL ranges. AquaDENTAL LAB provides laboratory analysis using Standard Methods 9215C with R2A agar. Results are intended to support a dental practice's waterline monitoring program and should be interpreted together with the instructions of your dental-unit and water-treatment-product manufacturers and applicable regulations. Products are not a substitute for professional judgment.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled or that were placed at an incorrect price; you will be refunded in full in that case.

Subscribe & Save

Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you select (monthly or quarterly) at the discounted subscription price until cancelled. Each renewal is charged to your payment method on file and shipped as a new order. You can pause, change the payment method or cancel at any time through the order status page or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; renewals already charged will be shipped.

Shipping

Orders ship from our laboratory in Homewood, Alabama. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. LAB kits include a prepaid return shipping label for sending samples to our laboratory; follow the included instructions for sample handling and shipping days.

Returns and refunds

Because testing supplies are consumable, unopened kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened kits, used testers and laboratory analysis that has been performed are non-refundable. Contact support@aquadentalsolutions.com to start a return.

Laboratory results and AquaIRIS

Laboratory results are delivered digitally through AquaIRIS. Your use of AquaIRIS is subject to the AquaIRIS terms presented when you create your account. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on sample condition and incubation requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I-2-I Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
